I work in different capacities for non-profit organizations, managing and developing initiatives focused on professional development, residencies, and providing access to skills and resources, while ensuring that photography work reaches and engages diverse audiences and communities.

2020 -2022 : Artistic & Development Director

  • Career Development Workshops Organized 4 free full days for selected international photographers who submitted their work through an open call. These workshops brought together professional mentors and speakers from Europe and Morocco.

  • Mentorship Program: Designed a unique one-on-one opportunity for 12 photographers from the MENA region, including participation in two awards to support their career growth and ongoing projects.

  • Local Impact: Focused on reaching diverse audiences through published materials, portfolio reviews, exhibitions in public spaces, public screenings, and engaging social media communication.

  • Grant writing and partnership development with private and public international organizations.

WORTHLESS STUDIOS / FREE FILM

2023 : Development Consultant

  • FREE FILM : NYC is a program that seeks to catalog our communities and our city in new ways, democratizing the documentation of our ever-shifting realities. Migrating to different neighborhoods across New York City, WORTHLESSSTUDIOS' Airstream-darkroom is taking up residence in six neighborhoods stretching from the South Bronx to Sunset Park, distributing free rolls of film to the general public, partnering with community organizations, and running programs with local youth.

2019 : Creative Producer

  • Conceptualized and developed a week-long program of events during the Rencontres d’Arles 2019, including talks, workshops and portfolio reviews with Editions Louis Vuitton, Circulation(s) festival, MEP Paris, Stanley/Barker Publishing

  • Managed relationships and organised exhibitions with brand partners Fujifilm, Bergger.

FOXTROT COLLECTIVE

2012-2017 : Project Manager

  • Produced, designed, and oversaw the ongoing community-based, long-term projects on city development in dialogue with local creatives and communities in London and Paris.

  • Commissioned by the public organisation LLDC to design a participative platform to connect local communities around the Olympic Park in London. hackney wick.org

  • Managed group projects from inception to touring exhibition (Paris, London, Brussel), raising public awareness on issues of and the future of cities through showcasing engaging social documentary photography and multimedia projects.
